This piece was made for and given to Tamara J. Sturtz who in addition to being Rick's niece, is also an authority on the Beatles. She and Rick had many discussions on the topic as Rick was also a big Beatles fan. On the top is written NEON JOHN, at the bottom he wrote FOR TJ FROM RMS.
